which way is best for mounting a clutch pedal and master cylinder in a street stock with the stock firewall. i have a wilwood pedal with a wilwood master cylinder that bolt to each other. i was thinking about putting the master cylinder inside the engine compartment and having the firewall and a piece of 1/8" steel in between the master cylinder and the pedal. will this be stable enough so that the firewall does not flex when i am pressing on the clutch or should i build a bracket that would weld to one of the cross bars of the rollcage.
