Hi all,
I do a cooling flush into whatever I'm drinking the cappo from so it's warm.
I think I may be overheating the milk as well. I'm going to be getting a thermometer soon so I can eliminate that variable.
Thanks for all your responses. I'll see how it goes after I get the thermometer.
Well, thought I'd report back after a little experimenting.
So I got a thermometer so I could at least have a reference with regards to temp. It seems to me that 160 degrees seems really hot for milk! Before I had the thermometer I thought I might be heating up the milk too much but according to it wasn't going long enough! Just seems like I get sub par microfoam results letting it go all the way to 160 so I've been backing off earlier. So that hasn't really helped me much.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
