    Question hobby stock ride height

    Hi all,

I am setting up my hobby stock for the upcoming year and have a question regarding ride height. Unlike modifieds and other chassie builder built cars, hobby stock chassies come out of junk yards and back yards. Without chassie builder recommended ride heights, how do you determine the proper ride height for a hobby stock car

We always did it around 4.5 on RF and 3.5 on LF. I don't know the why though other than if you went less on RF it hit the tie rod when it roller over. We used jack screws so we could adjust our wheel weights.
