I need some advice, and hope someone here might help. I am looking at a older modified, and I am thinking about running it this year but I have NEVER EVER run a dirt racecar. The modified is a decent car, old but never bent and is a good price. My reasoning aside from the car being cheap is the payouts are decent even if you dont crack the top 10 ( I wont get rich, but at least something is going back to the car) the cars are legal damn near anywhere, and there are a bazillion tracks around here I can run. So I guess my questions are:
Am I jumping too far ahead?
How big a motor will I need to be competitive?
How fast a learing curve is it to learn dirt?
Should I start with Bombers?

Those are starter questions, I am sure I will have a bazillion more. Thanks for any advice/help.
