What are the crate guys using for fuel pumps? We have a belt set-up but I think that might be a bit overkill? What would be a manual recomendation?

We run the Carter mechanical fuel pump like this one http://65.109.249.14/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=CATM4891-5xxx&Store_Code=BPW&search=carter+fuel+pump&offset=0&filter_cat=&PowerSearch_Begin_Only=&sort=&range_low=&range_high= and you can choose which inlet and outlet size fittings you want to come in it.
We use a fuel pressure regulator with it because on our car it was pumping 12-13 psi.

That looks good, what about push rod? I havnt dealt with manual pumps in a long time so I am not up to speed on this stuff.
