Is it safe to use them for axel drive flange?
What about engine coupler (flywheel)?

Only issue I've see with titanuim bolts is on the pinion of a j-bar, they are typically harder and will snap instead of bending. I wouldn't be concerned about those places and they are generally non impact area's. The quality of the bolt will likely have alot to do with this, import material is nowhere near the quality of USA/europe materials.
You might look at Racebolt, they are a moly hollow bolt they is similar in wieght to titanium at a fraction of the cost. I have used these and haven't had any problems.
