UMP license

[Mod22]

Is the UMP membership license mandatory this year to run any UMP track? Does this rule also apply if you run only 1 UMP track per year? Thank you in advance.

From what I have read you must buy a license to garner points. Not mandatory to run a UMP track. No license ,no points.
