If you are adding wedge to the car and you want to keep
ride the same. What is the correct way to do this?

If you are refering to RR and front ride heights, you might not need to do anything other than add turns in the LR (depending on how much bite you wish to add).
My suggestion would be to start off by adding some turns to the LR and then check your bite and then your ride heights, and adjust as needed.
Every car is different, even within a brand, so there is no specific formula to add or subtract a specific amount of bite.

Anytime you screw a round into a coilover (down) you add wieght to that corner and the diagonal corner also and the opposite corners you remove some which will raise those corners.
If you added a couple of rounds to the LR it will also make the RF a little lower (adding wieght here too which compresses the spring more and lowers that corner of the car). The LF and RR will now raise slightly, how much one corner effects the other three is dependant of the spring rates and the Rear and Left side percentages.
So to keep the ride heights perfect you will likely need to add some the RF to raise it back up some and take some out of the LF and RR to lowerthose corners a little. If your only making small increases in bite you aren't going to effect the other three enough for worry about, but if you making a bigger increase or decrease then you will likely need to adjust the other corners also.

This is how I do it. It may not be the best but it works and has usally always worked for each car i've had.
I always start After I have my ride heights set.
If I want to add 30 lbs of left rear that would be two rounds in on the left rear. From there everything would be half of that. Meaning one round out of the Right rear and a 1/2 round in the right front. At this point i'll measure again and maybe take a touch out of the left front.
My ride heights always stay the same and usally im right were i need to be on the scales.

In order to keep your ride hieght correct, you need to adjust all four corners of the car to get your wedge. Note that you can add wheel wieght to any corner by adjusting any other corner and that any time you adjust a spring nut on one corner you are changing the ride hight and wheel wieght on the other three corners.
We used to use a method that worked well when the front spring split was not as large as we run today. Such as a pair of 500 on front and 225 on rear. We would put 4 turns in LR, 4 out of RR, 2 turns in RF and 2 turns out of LF. The reason for doing half in the front is due to twice the spring rate. This would give us about 100# additional LR bite and ride hieghts would stay very close.
However today we run much softer RF springs and this throws that method off a little. I suggest doing some testing on the scales to find your formula.
Now days we dont worry about ride hieght as much as we used too.
