Where can I find the vents that rocket and some of the other guys are using on their rear ends and fuel cells? They are made more like a pop-off valve and have a ~1/4" plastic tube coming off of the vent.

It is a push-loc fitting. It is a 90deg fitting with 1/4" pipe going to 1/4" push-loc plastic tubing. You can get the stuff at just about any Parker Store distributor for under $5. If ya talk to the guy that is "the man" at the place you go to, he'll most likely get you fixed up. The "rookies" will probably tell you that the fitting you want doesn't exist...

RB, with that setup you do not need a filter, correct? Also, are you using an adapter to go from the AN to the 1/4 NPT?

Thanks,

EC

No, you do not need a filter. There is no adapter needed. The threads for the hole on top of the rear end are 1/4" pipe (this is bigger than a measured 1/4"; more like 3/8" across). Just get a 90 deg fitting with 1/4" pipe on one end and 1/4" push-loc on the other and you'll be good to go.
