Creston, OH --- Dirt Late Model drivers Jason & Kristin Flory of Creston, OH, known by their fans as ‘Mr. & Mrs. Late Model’, would like to extend holiday greetings and best wishes to all of their fans and sponsors. The Flory’s completed a fairly successful season with both drivers picking up multiple feature wins driving their #02 and #U2 Mastersbilts sponsored by J & D Truck Leasing, Ray’s Garage, Medina Mountain Motors, Donnie Moran Racing, Linda Vargo, Glenn 'Jeep' Davis, Hodge’s Café, Mason Racin’, Lias Tires, Winar Connections, Kurt’s Auto Parts & Lehman Motorsports Services.
“On behalf of Jason, myself and our entire team we would like to wish all of our race fans, sponsors and all of the staffs at the race tracks we competed at a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year,” stated Kristin. “We are very grateful to have such a terrific group of sponsors, crew members, race tracks and especially race fans that we enjoy seeing each weekend during the racing season.”

During the 2007 racing season the Flory’s raced at a variety of tracks including East Bay Raceway in Florida, Lakeville Speedway, Muskingum County Speedway, Wayne County Speedway, KC Raceway, Cannonball Speedway and Hilltop Speedway all in Ohio; Challenger Raceway in Pennsylvania; Florence Speedway in Kentucky and West Virginia Motor Speedway and Tyler County Speedway in West Virginia.
Kristin picked up two feature wins this season, both at Lakeville Speedway where she finished fifth in the final point standings. Kristin’s wins came in May and September, including the Alan L. Schippers / Michael Young Memorial.
Jason scored four feature wins including one at Muskingum County Speedway in July and three at Lakeville Speedway coming in April, May & July.
During the off-season the Flory’s are securing sponsorship for the 2008 season and making plans for the upcoming year. Details of the team’s plans for 2008 will be released soon.
Outside of racing the Flory’s had a busy year promoting their team and sponsors beginning in February with an hour-long television appearance on the Handy Randy Show, hosted by Randy Lipscomb and at 13 seasons old is the longest running television show on the ‘CAT’ (Cleveland/Akron) network over WAX Channel 35 (Cleveland) and WAOH Channel 29 in Akron in addition to being carried on all the major cable providers.
In the past 12 months the Flory’s also appeared on various national radio programs, including multiple appearances on Dirt Nation™ presented by Lucas Oil and Doug’s Dirt Diary Radio. The Flory’s also were featured in major articles in the mainstream press including features in the Wooster Daily Record and the multi-county distributed Bargain Hunter. In the motorsports media the Flory’s have been spotlighted in such publications and Area Auto Racing News, RPM Racing News, National Dirt Digest, Dirt Late Model and others.
During 2007 Mr. & Mrs. Late Model launched an all new website devoted to the two dirt Late Model racers created and maintained by Sara Brookover and NGR Web Design that is located at: www.floryracingteam.com (http://www.floryracingteam.com/)
Jason & Kristin also released late in the season their all-new ‘Mr. & Mrs. Late Model’ T-Shirt designed and produced by ASI Racewear. The new T-Shirts are now available for purchase.
The new ‘Mr. & Mrs. Late Model’ T Shirts are in full color with both race cars displayed on the front. Sizes available include Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large and XXX-Large. Cost per shirt is only $15.00 and they are available at the team’s hauler at each race track they compete at.
Mail order is also available.
