I learned you can let it sit in the corners idle for a few seconds to burn off more time. (as you can see its slow around here today)

Ya and I bet that you think that you won the race by stopping just before the start finish line a couple laps to go and then take off right before the leader crosses the line. " Hay the checkers were waving and I crossed first.

You always have to think ahead! That's half the battle!
Hell, i've seem anything from cars stopping to tires throw on the track to get a needed caution. Right or wrong it's thinking ahead. Moyer won a race after having a flat tire and was in the process of changing it when they were going green. His pit crew guy threw the tire they were putting on onto the front straight in front of the cars taking the green so they had to wave it off. They grabbed another tire and got it on and sent him out. He made it for the restart and ended up coming from the back to win the race. This isn't the only time I've seen that happen.
Seen several guys at open tire shows spin out right before they got lapped and come in a change tires. After the third time I went down there to their pit and by the end they were putting on the softest tires they had. They just kept going softer as they were about to get lapped. If you think about it, this happens all the time.
By the way I own the Holiday Inn. LOL

I've been known to spin out a time or two to stack up the field. I hate to see anyone just walk away with it.

I motioned to another car one time that he had a flat tire so I could have his position.
That wasn't mean was it?

If he actually pulled off, I bet he felt stupid. That actually pretty funny if it worked. I'll make a footnote on that one for later.
