On a average you start out with a 225rr . In the slick should you go down to a 200 or change your 4-bar adjusment. I am just trying to see some adjustments you guys make. Also if you do soften the rr should you also soften the the rf . thanks.

Don't really change the RR to much at all. Maybe a LR bar adjustment to remove rear steer and MAYBE a Panhard bar adjustment.

Do you just move the j-bar down on the pinion or do you move it up a inch on the chassis thanks

Many people use a stiffer rr in the slick along with other changes.

When making a RR spring change, there are (my opinion) more things to consider other than just whether or not the car needs to be tighter getting in. Track configuration, conditions, overall setup, etc... all play a factor. I'll leave it at that so as not to give away too much, but needless to say, the RR spring is much more important than most people think.

Once you've got a good balanced setup, then I'd say going with bar, PH Bar, or ballast changes will be a better route in which to go in order to fine tune the car for the changing conditions.
