Are hollow stem valves worth the money for the gain in performance ?

If Titanium was illegal and you are turning enough RPM, the reduction in valve wieght will pay off. Typically if you over 8000 RPM then there could be some real gains. If your in the lower Rpm ranges probably not alot.
So much would depend on lobe design, springs, and overall valve/retainer/lock wieght. Probably best to talk to you engine builder or cam designer. Going to lighter valves may let you use a more aggressive lobe and thus more power.

If you want a good running legal SUPR Spec,then you will need them.
