Opening Night of the 8th Annual Masters Postponed to August 3
NEW RICHMOND, WI--The opening night for the 8th Annual "Masters" at Cedar Lake Speedway on Friday Night, June 16th was postponed by rain after five qualifying heats were completed. Just as the first of two B-mains were rolling onto the race track heavy rains washed out the remainder of the race program.
The completion of the event which was co-sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the World Dirt Racing League will resume on Thursday Night, August 3 with the running of the dash, two B-mains and the 50 Lap $10,000 main event. This will be run in conjunction with the annual "USA Nationals" at Cedar Lake Speedway which will conclude on Saturday Night, August 5 with a $50,000 to win main event.
