Working with a 4 bar, LR spring behind setup. I'm wanting the car to exit the corner without having it move up into the car on the outside when passing on the very bottom. The current setup is working very well. Probably shouldn't be complaining, but the more throttle you apply the more it wants to move up into the car beside. I'm thinking about adding more static angle to the left lower bar. Any thoughts on this? Thanks.

Just to clearify something when you say move up into the car on the outside:

Do you mean the car pushs up off the bottom?

Or are you chasing the rear end off the bottom with the front end due to excessive loose rollsteer? This can be common on tight cornered tracks, the rear of the car isn't loose per say or spinning the wheels but it just has so much steer to turn a corner that tight that the back end goes up the hill (rollsteer) and you have not choice but to follow it with the front end.

The answer to that question will make a huge difference in what should be done.

Thanks for the reply. I should have mentioned the car is not pushing at this point. It's actually happening when entering the straight. The car is hooked up & going foward, but I would say you right on having to chase it up the track. I should note this car is not all that hiked up.
This is a paperclip type of track. Thanks.

If it is happening off the corner, so you can't stay under the other car off the corner and the car whats to drift out to the wall, then you have excessive loose rollsteer.

This is fairly common and can be a tough thing to fix easily, as most things you will do to fix it will make the car tight in the middle. There are some fixes for this that work pretty well but I'm not willing to give those out (took too long to figure out) at this point.

What you will need to do is remove some of rollsteer (static or dymanic) and then you will problably need to fix the tight in the middle if it shows up. Just changing your driving style or your point of throttle will have a big influence on how the car reacts and you alot of times can fix the problem with changing those two things after you remove some of the loose rollsteer.

Probably not the direct answer you where looking for, but at least you know the casue of the problem and should be able to sort it out from there.

Thanks for the advise. I understand completely for the indirect answer. I'm sure this will be a challenge. Just didn't want to go backwards.
