hey guys, I've had my 05 underrail on the soft lr setup for about 5 races now and I'm just not happy with it. Seems to have pretty good sidebite but the car wants to run to middle of corner hooked, then has nothing on exit because I'm changing direction so quickly without keeping momentum. I've tryed more bite, less bite, more stagger less stagger, nothings makin me happy. I am still on purple bar as I've liked the consistantcy in the past but now wondering if I'm leaving something? Also I havent tried moving the pullbar to the left yet, would this be a good adjustment? I am real close to going back to the big lr, soft rr setups I've had on rayburns in the past. What do you guys think, have I given the soft lr enough time or should I switch.
Thanks Guys

How stiff are you on the RR when you say the stiff RR and soft LR set-up?
I know alot of guys that just can't run the 300+ RR setups, they say you have to Oneal them and drive them like you hate them. Most are using the softer LR just not real stiff with the RR.
Not a Rayburn expert but I have alot of Rayburn customers that I should be able to get you an answer from.

Have you tried the baseline setup with the 400's across the back?

Is the RR on the swing arm or the cage?

GG, I feel your pain. I have an underslung '98 rayburn. It always feels like the RR isn't working. With more spring it feels like it doesn't move, and with less spring it gets bad loose getting in. Ive got a pair of 300's in the rear (on the swingarms). It seems like any softer and the rear is all over the place, and any stiffer, the thing stays flat and doesn't want to work. Its pretty good with some bite in the track, but dry is another story. I'm gonna try the pullbar to the left friday night. I'll let you know how that works out.

GG, I tried the pullbar to the left last night, and HOLY CRAP BATMAN. It brought my car to life on a dry slick track. I would have to say, definitly give it a try.
